1 on 1 personal training is all about you (at PF Studio or at home). The entire session is based around your need ,goals and what you wish to achieve and desire. While hands on training, there shall always be time to discuss nutrition and your exercise outside of the studio.

Two with one ( Two Trainees and Your Personal Trainer )
2 on 1 training is almost as personal as 1 on 1 but at nearly cost effected training (at PF studio or at home). It is a great way to make personal training more affordable and more fun. You could even use your training partner to train the rest of the week. It is much harder to cancel a walk or a jog when you have arranged to meet someone.

Small Group Personal Training
We have regular scheduled groups running throughout the week, but if you have a group of friends and you want your own small group, we can find a suitable time and away we go.

Yoga Tour Pushkar Fair


Pushkar along the bank of the picturesque Pushkar Lake – an important pilgrimage spot. The lake has, Lord Brahma was on his way to search for a suitable place to perform a ‘Yagna’ (a fire sacrifice). While contemplating, a lotus fell from his hand on the earth and water sprouted from three places. One of them was Pushkar, where Lord Brahma performed his Yagna. Surrounded by hills on three sides, Pushkar abounds in temples.– the only temple dedicated to Lord Brahma in the world. The lake has 52 ghats.Every year lakes of devotees throng around the full moon day of KartikPurnima in October – November to take a holy dip in the lake. This is also the time of famous world biggest camel fair.

Destinations Covered: Cochin - Periyar - Kumarakom - Alleppey - Kollam -Amma Ashram - Kovalam. 

Day 01 : Arrive - 
Arrival in Delhi you will be received and transferred to hotel by Prize Fitness representative. yoga /massage session hare one Stay night at the hotel. 

Day 02 : Delhi - 
Morning with our regular Prize Fitness Yoga/meditation session followed by breakfast city tour of Old Delhi visiting Rajghatcremation site of Mahatma Gandhi, Jama Masjid, , Red Fort, and ChandniChowk. Afternoon city tour of New Delhi visiting Humayuns Tomb,QutabMinar, drive past India Gate, President House, Connaught Place and Birla Mandir. Night stay at hotel 

Day 03 : Delhi > Agra (200 Kms/4 hrs) - 
Early morning yoga class after that visit TajMahal by sunrise, Return hotel for breakfast. Later visit Red fort,.Night stay at hotel. 

Day 04 : Keoladeo Ghana National Park > Jaipur (178 Kms/ 4 hrs) - 
Prize Fitness Yoga classes will be in the national park enjoying views. After a simple breakfast we will enjoy a Rickshaw ride / Horse Drawn Tonga ride in National Park.Night stay at hotel. 

Day 05 : Jaipur - 
Morning with our regular Prize Fitness Yoga/meditation session followed by breakfast, excursion to Amber Fort Elephant ride.Afternoon city tour visiting the Palace which has museum art, carpets, enamel ware and weapons; JantarMantar - of HawaMahal. Night stay at hotel 

Day 06 : Jaipur >Pushkar (145 Kms/ 3 hrs) - 
Early morning with our regular prize Fitness Yoga session followed by breakfast.route visiting Ajmer. Arrive Pushkar& transfer to Pushkar Fair Ground followed by check into Swiss Tents. Afternoon is free to relax. While the evening is planned to enjoy Pushkars’ cultural event.Night stay at tents. 

Day 07 : Pushkar - 
Morning with our regular Prize Fitness Yoga/meditation session followed by breakfast .Day free to explore the fair grounds and enjoy the camel rides and cattle trading.Night stay at tents. 

Day 08 : Pushkar - 
Morning with our regular Prize Fitness Yoga/meditation session followed by breakfast.Day free to explore the fair grounds and enjoy the Palm reading, astrologer meeting, acrobat performances &Rajasthanidances by local artists with Prize Fitness Guide.Night stay at tents. 

Day 09 : Pushkar> Jaipur (145 Kms / 3 hrs) Jaipur > Bikaner (Train)(cab) - 
Morning with our regular Prize Fitness Yoga/meditation session followed by breakfast. Later in time transfer to Jaipur to connect train at to Bikaner.Train journey, experience the village life & get the opportunity to interact with local people in train. Nightstay at Hotel.. 

Day 10 : Bikaner - 
Morning with our regular Prize Fitness Yoga/meditation session followed by breakfast. Later visit the JunagarhFort,heAnupMahal, Ganga Niwas Durbar Hall, HarMandir, GajMandir,SheeshMahal, Karan Mahal, PhoolMahal and Chandra Mahalare some of the places worth visiting inside the fort with Prize Fitness Guide.Night stay at Hotel. 

Day 11 : Bikaner >Mandawa (200 Kms / 4 hrs) - 
Morning with our regular Prize Fitness Yoga/meditation session followed by breakfast. Later drive to Mandawa& upon arrival check in at Mandawa .open art gallery interspersed with western paintings. Cars, trains, airplanes, ships and telephones and foreigners in hats, suits and gowns have been painted as painstakingly as mythological heroes. There are many havelis, notably the Chokhani, Saraf and Ladiahavelies. Night stay at Hotel. 

Day 12 : Mandawa> Delhi (250 Kms/ 5 hrs) - 
Morning with our regular Prize Fitness Yoga/meditation session followed by breakfast. Late night drive to Delhi and arrival check in at Hotel. Afternoon free at hotel. This evening witness a performance of the Dances of India. Activity of the day: Dance performances from various states of India.night stay at hotel. 

Day 13 : Delhi > Departure - 
Morning with our regular Prize Fitness Yoga/meditation session followed by breakfast. Day free at leisure or enjoy last minute shopping .transfer to the International airport to connect flight for your onward destination. Departure.

OBJECTIVE : There Are Over 200 Muscles In The Body And We Are Going To Attempt To Reach All Of Them.

SPECIALTY OF THE CLASS : Is Variations Which Lead Into The Final Positions - Transformations.
